Coach Schroeder brings over 20 years of soccer coaching experience to Sheboygan South. A former standout midfielder at UW-Green Bay, he led the Redwings to four conference championships and two WIAA State Semifinal appearances since taking the helm in 2018. Known for his detailed tactical preparation and player development philosophy, Coach Schroeder has coached six players who went on to play college soccer.
Coach Paulsen joined the Redwings staff in 2020 and specializes in goalkeeper development and defensive organization. A former goalkeeper himself who played at Carthage College, he has transformed the Redwings back line into one of the most disciplined defensive units in the conference. Under his guidance, Eli Hoffmann became an All-Conference goalkeeper.
Coach Marchetti oversees the team's strength, conditioning, and injury prevention programs. With a background in sports science and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, she has implemented modern training protocols that have reduced team injuries by over 40% since her arrival.
